Bisquick Strawberry Shortcakes

Bisquick Strawberry Shortcakes
2 ¼ cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Sweetened sliced strawberries
Sweetened whipped cream
Directions
1. Heat oven to 425*
2. Stir bisquick mix, milk, sugar and butter until soft dough forms.
3. Spread in ungreased 8” square or round pan.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool slightly.
5. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.

Drop Shortcakes: After stirring, drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
